The main purpose of Sweater Tees was to create ugly Christmas sweater t-shirts, that are printed all over – front, back and sleeves. All existing Christmas sweater tees are just a shirt with the pattern printed in a rectangle on the front; nice enough but it doesn’t look like a sweater.
The all over print of Sweater Tees really captures the spirit of Christmas and ugly sweaters without the sweat.
Being a passion project, we have decided to use a print-on-demand service for making our clothing. This allows us to quickly create new products without the need for sourcing, investment for stock, stock storage and logistics. Everything is handled by our print partner, Printful.
Printful’s all-over-print clothes and printed onto the fabric first, then cut and sewn into the piece of clothing. This is slightly more expensive and time consuming, however the quality far surpasses other services that print directly onto the finished shirt.
Due to the print-on-demand nature of Sweater Tees, there is a manufacturing time, as well as an extended shipping time with Printful’s all-over-print facility being located in Latvia. Estimates for delivery are:
