My name is Kristian and I’ve been wearing some variation of a sweater tee for the past 5 years. (pictured right: an early iteration)

The idea for Sweater Tees came about because I’ve always wanted an ugly Christmas sweater, but it’s so damn hot at Christmas time in Australia. So instead I settled for a shirt with an ugly Christmas sweater pattern. However, the only ugly Christmas sweater shirts I could find was just a small rectangle on the front – nothing like an actual Christmas sweater. So I had to make it. 

In the years since, I’ve made 3 Christmas sweater shirts, and they’ve always been a hit. And over the years, still no one makes and sells them. I started thinking I should open a store and sell them. So I did.
